Delete your game account

Request account deletion

You can request deletion without installing the Android app. Email ArvantaOne from the Google email address used for game sync, with the subject “Arrow Escape Puzzle account deletion”. Ask us to delete your game account and associated cloud progress. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. Do not send passwords or verification codes.

Email deletion request

If your browser cannot open email, write to arvantaone@gmail.com. An email request is handled by support; opening this link does not itself delete anything. We will confirm the outcome or any additional verification needed by email.

Delete through Settings

1. Open website Settings, or Settings in the Android app.
2. If signed out, use Sync Progress to sign in with the Google account whose game data you want to delete.
3. Select Delete my Data, read this page, then use Delete my account below (or Confirm in the app).
4. Confirm and complete Google identity verification for the same account.
5. Wait for the deletion result. If it fails or only partly completes, retry or use the email request above.

Signing out or uninstalling the app alone does not delete your cloud account.

What is deleted and what stays

Deleted: your Firebase game sign-in account, including its associated profile information, and the cloud record of your highest campaign level. Successful self-service deletion removes these active records as part of the operation.

Kept on your device: your current level, local progress and gameplay preferences. You remain at the same local level and can continue playing without sync. Other devices or browsers can retain their local copies too. To remove local data, clear the app’s storage in Android Settings or clear this website’s site data in your browser.

Separate services: your Google account and Play Games profile are not deleted. Analytics, advertising data and service logs are separate from your level-save record and are not automatically deleted by this button; they are subject to provider retention policies. After deletion

The deleted cloud save cannot be recovered through the game. If you choose to sign in again, a game account is created and retained local progress may be uploaded again. Keep sync disabled if you do not want a new cloud save.

If you never enabled Google level sync, you may have only local game data. Clear app storage or browser site data to remove it; you can still contact us about other privacy requests.
